This Privacy Policy describes how Xtremergy, Inc., doing business as BOOSTme® (“BOOSTme,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit, use our services, or make a purchase from myboostme.com (the “Site”) or otherwise communicate with us regarding the Site (collectively, the “Services”). We currently sell and ship only within the United States. Children’s Privacy
BOOSTme does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18 without parental consent, we will delete that information.
