This liquid multivitamin is 100% Organic. This is made up of whole-food-based blend of organic essential vitamins and minerals, antioxidants, organic aloe vera, organic ashwagandha, amino acids, organic quinoa seed, over 25 organic veggies, superfruits & fruits, and more. This is also Gluten-free, GMO free, and sugar free. This is called as the Golden Elixir as it has the powerful adaptogen ashwagandha for energy and stress relief. It acts as a Premium Fuel for Your Body. Adults need 1-2tbsp and 1/2-1tbsp for children preferably after meal. The taste is wonderful. I have tried other liquid vitamins that were way too sweet or much too bitter. This one tastes slightly like orange juice with a little added kick of greens.
